Exceptional service from the team. They were very thorough in ensuring that my doors were fitted to perfection and explained the operational features of my doors. Maplecraft are such an easy company to deal with and take a lot of pride in the work they do. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and doors. Honest, reliable with excellent customer service I had an emergency with my front door not opening from outside, I called Maplecraft and they sent out two very polite gentleman within a couple of hours who identified the issue immediately. It turned out to be a very simple fix, they superglued the offending piece back down which then allowed the front door to open and close as normal, they wouldn’t take any payment either. Highly recommended this company for their customer service and integrity, they will be first on my contact list for repairs from now on.

Fantastic company, really quick to respond to my initial request to repair a leaking vent window. Reasonable quote and appointment made within 24 hours. Lovely team (Tony & Alex) came and did the repair, absolutely no mess, I would highly recommend Maplecraft to anyone who needs help with a glazing/ window issue.

Unbelievable work carried out today, all Other company’s claimed I needed new doors but these guys come and fixed the issue with my current doors making them brand new again without replacing and spending more money. They were honest and nothing was a problem. Very trustworthy and felt confident getting work carried out by them. They truly think of the best way to resolve the issue and don’t just think about how much money they can make. 100% recommended.

We are unable to fault the service and communication we received from Maplecraft. Initially, I spoke to Janice and Tony regarding the work required which included repairing a Conservatory roof that was leaking and replacing a window in the Conservatory that had blown. Although the repairs entailed more than we had anticipated, Dan explained the issues with the roof comprehensively and then responded quickly and professionally, completing the repairs to a high standard and earlier than we had expected.

We sadly had one of our Bifold doors which has lntegrated blinds shatter due to thermal shock and Daniel gave great advice, measured up ordered and fitted the new glass section when it arrived. Looks great. Very happy with service thank you!

Endurance door with sidelights installed by Dan and team from Maplecraft. Very high quality product that was expertly installed. The porch was left neat and tidy. The old door and rubbish were all removed. Any very minor snags were all rectified and the door is perfect. Decent family company who care about their customers and I would highly recommend Update: I asked Dan to return to replace a front window to match the door. Even more impressed now. Will use again to do the remaining ones in the future.

Reliable and friendly Very helpful from my phone call to the office to arrival of Tony and Alex to carry out the works. My conservatory roof was left spotless and as I have had other work done by the company before I am confident that they have resolved the leak. Every person I dealt with was very polite and friendly.

From the moment I rang the office and spoke to a very helpful Janice, everything went very smoothly. On the day of the repair Tony rang to say he was running a little late (nice courtesy). Alex and Tony listened to my not very tehnical explanation of the problem and were very thorough in the repair. They left our conservatory roof spotless afterwards. Very polite and kind gentlemen. Highly recommend. Thank you

A pleasure to work with! What a refreshing Company to deal with! They say what and when they are going to do something - and then deliver! Very professional at all interfaces - first class and a pleasure with whom to work. Fitted a new Endurance door and installation could not be faulted. Even swept the path to the door on completion! Wholeheartedly recommend them 10/10

Window repair We recently had three uPVC window locks repaired and a blown window replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From the initial enquiry through to the completed work, the team was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. They explained everything clearly, arrived when they said they would, and carried out the repairs to a very high standard. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free, and it’s clear they take great pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient window repairs.

Great company and service I have used the services of Maplecraft several times over the years and they are a top notch outfit. Always very professional and deliver a great service at a good price. I would never consider my one else for any window or door issues at my property.

No hesitation in recommending them This company was doing work at our neighbours and I did a 'while you're here could you have a look at ...'. They looked, submitted a quote soon after and came to do the work. My husband has alzheimers and can be a bit odd around people in the house. The guys were brilliant - engaged with him and shared the secret recipe of grated cheese on top of beans on toast! I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly return for similar work on our house. Admin communication friendly and efficient.
